CLUB MEMBER!
I hope you all had a
nice holiday season and that 2007 has treated you well so far.
As promised in my
Christmas note, I am forwarding the plans for our “After the Holidays” party.
Carmen Gullage, your
new club Vice President, has put together an event at “The Sweetest Place On Earth”, Chocolate Town
USA, Hershey PA
on Saturday, February 10, 2007. How appropriate to spend the weekend prior to
Valentine’s Day in Hershey where Hersheys
is celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Hershey Kiss! Information for this event is as follows:
DINNER:
Dinner reservations are secured for 5 PM sharp at Houlihans, 27 W Chocolate Ave, Hershey, PA 17033. Because seating is limited, PLEASE RSVP
to Ginger by Wednesday, Feb. 7th if you plan to

for dinner to be served.
LODGING: For those that wish to
stay in the area, a block of rooms has been reserved at the QUALITY
INN & SUITES, 183 Hershey
Rd, Hershey, PA
17036. Phone: (717) 583-5151. We were quoted a price of $61.99 plus tax per
night for both Friday, Feb. 9th and Sat., Feb. 10th.
This is for a 2 guest, non-smoking room with 2 queen size beds. When
making your reservation please tell them it is with the block for the PA WV Viper Club.
You will
be responsible for your dinner on Saturday evening and your hotel room, should
you choose to stay.
For those that are interested, several plan to
meet at the QUALITY INN & SUITES (address above) on
Saturday morning (Feb. 10) at 9:30 AM to travel to either of the following
locations.
ANTIQUE AUTO MUSEUM: - The Antique Auto Museum
at Hershey (161 Museum Dr.)
displays vintage automobiles in unique scenes and settings! Visitors can stroll
through eight decades in time while traveling from New
York to San Francisco.
It’s a trip down memory lane as you recall the cars your grandparents or
parents drove as well as those from your early driving days.
