September is almost upon
us. The bad news is, summer in
On Saturday, July 7th, ALL CHRYSLER NATIONALS in Carlisle PA
was the scene of a great display of Vipers again this year. Thanks to all who made the trip! For the third consecutive year Carlisle
Productions awarded a trophy to the VCA for the Club Challenge award. This year we brought home the second place
trophy. There were 52 vehicles from 8
different states registered. The PA WV
region hosted a delicious catered luncheon under the Viper tent for 94 Viper
owners and their guests. Thanks to VP
Carmen Gullage for donating a Viper Bike
for the auction. And, thanks to Rock and
Christina Del Franco from
The NJ Club has invited us to join them for their
“Let’s Roll Cruise” to Shanksville PA on September 8th. Please see the enclosed flyer for the
details. Many from our region plan to attend this event. Special event shirts
will be given to the PA-WV members that register with the NJ Club no later than August 30th. Once you have registered
for this event please advise Ginger (gingerk@ptd.net or cell 607-426-0837) so a
shirt can be ordered in your specific size.

Cerchione, for spearheading this event!

The PA Grand Canyon Cruise/Poker Run has been
requested again this year. It seems
those that have attended in the past have enjoyed traveling on the country
roads in

Special arrangements have been made for secure
Viper parking on both Friday and Saturday evenings again this year. Final plans are
pending, but this is what is planned so far. The cruise will begin at The Hampton Inn,
promptly at 10 AM. We will cruise some country roads (paved) of
Lycoming and Tioga county, visit the PA Grand Canyon and have lunch in
Wellsboro. If you plan to participate in
the poker run/cruise, there will be a $50 per car registration fee. Half of the $50 fee will go towards the
“Prize Pot” and the remainder will go towards lunch in downtown Wellsboro. (You
must be able to complete the poker run to be eligible to win.) The final poker
card will be drawn at the hors d’oeuvres party back at The Hampton Inn
following the cruise. A quick fall meeting will take place at that time as well. Specific dinner plans have not been made this
year. You are welcome to join us for
any or all of these events. For planning

October 10th. Note:
If you have the need to drive a vehicle other than
your Viper, you are still welcome to join us for these events.
We have a few
of the vinyl banners for the PA-WV region on hand FOR SALE. These vinyl banners measure 24” x 36”. The top corners have grommets for hanging
purposes. Club
banners are available for 2006 and 2007. Cost of each banner is $95. These banners may be viewed on the PA-WV web
